In the unlikely event that a parent is stuck in traffic or has been unexpectedly delayed, they are asked to contact us immediately. If no message is received from a parent or guardian, there is a standard charge of £7 for each 15 minutes that a child is failed to be collected from the end of their session.  This is due to having to pay extra staff wages and potential hold up of other children getting home.
